At first, the client only provided us with the housing design to see if we could do the tensile processing and the welding for them. We responded that we are good with the whole manufacturing process, as we have more than 10 years of experience in the field. One month later, the client shared with us the entire 3D model. They told us that they were very impressed with our service, our prompt responses and our professional feedback. Within a half of a year we were helping the client put this Safe into the market. Currently the client has already sold up to 50,000 units of this product at approximately $1.5 millions dollars sales amounts.
Design Concept & 3D Printing Prototype
Our client wanted to breathe new life into the design to attract a new generation to their product. After ten days of non-stop brainstorming with our engineering and design teams, we presented the Media Tumbler Pro, using the inspiration of a polishing machine to incorporate an interactive higher precision electronic components. Our product featured new different sizes, freeing up more space on the consumers work table.
