- Answers: Here’s how we evaluate distribution partners: 1. Reputation/history. Do they have a good reputation? Ask for referrals to other suppliers in your size range that you can contact for references. 2. Financial health/credit history. 3. Manufacturing capability.
- Is there any MOQ when placing orders?
- Answers: It depends on which kind of product and the machining processing. Typically it will be at least 500 units for each item.
- What kind of shipment options are there?
- Answers: Air shipment: DHL/ UPS/ FedEx and air shipment by the forwarder.
- Sea shipment.
- Train Shipment.
- What is your service fee structure?
- Answers: Prototype cost, Tooling cost and unit cost. We would go to refund the tooling cost once the order quantity is hitting a confirmed quantity.

- Why should I choose a partner in China to manufacture my product?
- Answers: Lower manufacturing cost, and better quality.
- I’m concerned about the tariff situation, is it safe to produce product in China?
- Answers: Due to the lower manufacturing cost, the pricing is still competitive while we add the tariff and the shipping cost.
- Are you the same as a sourcing company?
- Answers: No, we are not the traditional sourcing company, and we do help the client with the industry design and construction design.
- How do you handle QC and inspections?
- Answers: After developing a product with your company do I own the tooling?
- How do you protect my intellectual property?
- Answers: We are going to write down the NDA with each client to protect their intellectual property.
- Do I need to make CAD drawings for you to work on my project?
- Answers: Just a rough idea and we would present a good design and product to you.
